This rare vintage 1990s Santa Cruz Speed Wheels T-Shirt features Jim Phillips artwork on the front and back. This shirt is a unique piece of skateboard history as it catalogs the Speed Wheels logo evolving out of the Road Rider wheels logo done by artist Jim Philips. His work is incredibly iconic in the skate industry, and he is responsible for making some of the most iconic graphics ever.
